How Losder works

Register your item
First of all you have to register any item ,with us. This step is important that we can match your code to your email address. Of course your contact details are stored securily and the finder won't have access to it. We recommend to use your Facebook Account to easily register.
Print your stickers
Print your stickers, which has your personal ID number on it. Now, place the sticker to your valuables. For mobile phones, a good place is the battery slot - see our help pages for tips where and how to place your stickers best.
Don't lose your item
Of course we don't want you to lose your stuff. For the case when you lose it, Losder and your personal ID number helps the finder to get in touch with you. If you loose your item, you can log-in and manage your items, to add more details and add a reward for the finder.
For the case you lost your item
As you put your stickers to your valuable, you give the finder a chance to contact you. With this website's URL and the unqiue Code you do not have to worry about that the finder visits you at home (which we probably want to avoid if you lost your keys).

To give the finder a bit more details and a benefit to return your item, you should go to manage your items and add a reward by clicking the link.

Also we recommend to give a few details about your item. E.g. a big thank you for contacting you, or if it's your mobile phone, your IMEI number which you always should note.
Wait until the finder contacts you
Our experience showed that a finder usually contacts you very quickly. He or she will see the sticker, so make sure you place the stickers in an easy to spot location, and reads to return the item for reward, combined with our URL and your unique code.

Now the finder fills out a simple form, that asks for his or her name, email address and an optional note for you.
You got contacted
As soon as the finder hits "send", you will receive an email with the finders name and email address to directly get in touch with him or her.

At the same time the finder gets an email from us, that thanks him or her for contacting you. This email will also have the reward you entered. So make sure that you stand to your word.

In case you didn't enter a reward to our system, neverthless you should thank the finder with a proper reward. We put toghether a help page to learn more about rewards.
